I like to run before work and I start work at 5am. Typically we start between 2:30am and 3:00am Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Distances on Monday and Wednesday 8 to 12 miles and Thursday usually 4 miles. Paces are usually faster than 7:30 minute miles. Meet at Starbucks at Spring and Bellflower.
