There will be scheduled runs all around the Orange County area along with some small group/bible study opportunities. There is no fee or any obligation to come run with us and we encourage you to invite your friends to join. Whether you have never run before or your are training for your next marathon, this group is for you!

I like to run before work and I start work at 5am. Typically we start between 2:30am and 3:00am Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
