Trail running group (TRG) Join us in training for your next trail event or race of half marathon to ultra distance. Runs are typically in the East Bay -- Redwood, Strawberry Canyon, Tilden, Cesar Chavez parks. Regular training runs (5+ miles) include trail fartlek, tempo, easy runs, and long runs (12 to 30+ mi.).
