This is a group for anyone interested in group runs in the newburyport (or greater newburyport area). We'll do a mix of trail and road runs -maybe grab a coffee afterwards if there's time/ interest. Typical distance will be between 4-6 miles - perhaps adding in few longer distance runs for anyone with half marathons on the calendar who might be looking for company. Hope you will come run!

The group is for runners who have fallen off the wagon and want to compete in 10k races or 1/2 marathons in spring 2013. Working with a November - March training schedule, this supportive group will commit to distance goals and have fun gradually getting stronger.
