This is a group for runners who still run the occasional 5k, 10k, half-marathon, marathon....or just like to keep in shape and run outdoors year round in Oregon. You want to get your miles in, but don't always like getting up at 7am on Saturdays. The group does a Sunday run every week at 10am. We're an easy going group of co-ed cyclists, beginning to intermediate level, riding in the Willamette Valley, South Portland and surrounding rural areas. We average 12-15 MPH during our rides. No one gets left behind! Rides are 20+ miles in distance, and We are open to doing other activities including short hikes and kayaking. If you have an idea for ride tour or activity, we want to hear it (especially if it involves a bottle of wine and good food at the end!) Wine, but no whining!
