Join our Friday Tempo Trails & Hills run group 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM every week year round at Kelsey Creek Park in Bellevue. We run the hills around Kelsey Creek Park and up around Botanical Gardens. Wear your heart rate monitor and go at your own pace. Run Bellevue hidden "Trails & Hills" with fun people. Our regular group (my clients) are intermediate to advanced pace. The average pace is 8-9 minute mile on the hills. Ready to get stronger on the hills and make them your friends?
This group is for vegetarians, vegans and just veg-curious people who love to get outside and be active. This group is mainly focused on hiking the trails in the Snoqualmie Valley and the I-90 corridor. This group is open to all skill levels and the hikes vary from easy and short to long and grueling. It is all based on demand and suggestions. We can also use the trails for snowshoeing and trail running.
